I was recently in…. Denver, CO visiting my friend Tim Lymberopolous who opened a new restaurant/coffee shop. It is called Corner Store and is located a few blocks from Washington Park. They serve the most delicious and healthy food in Denver. Not only that but the fresh locally grown ingredients that chief Richard uses to prepare the menu can be purchased right there in their store.
Due to the ever growing number of customers seeking their fine cuisine they are now open for dinner as well.
I can’t wait to get back out to Colorado not just for the tasty food but it is an amazing place for HDR landscape photography as well.
